DISCIPLINE

​

1. Within the school premises, the students are required to conform to the rules regarding modestly in dress.

2. No student will be admitted to the class unless he/she has the school uniform. Black shoes with navy blue socks are part of the uniform.

3. Parents should see that their children wear clean clothes and are neatly dressed. Girl’s hair should be either cut short or plaited ,never loose. No flowers, coloured ribbons, ornaments etc are to be used.

4. Students are answerable to the school authorities for their conduct even outside the school, and Catholics for fidelity to their religions duties as well.

5. No student from one class is allowed to be in any other classroom that is not theirs, during the free time.

6. students are expected to leave the school premises by 4.30 p.m.

7. Students are not allowed to leave the school premises during the school hours without the permission of the Headmistress.

8. Books, magazines and other periodicals not approved by the Institution are not allowed to be brought to the school.

9. Books, Stationery, tiffin boxes and umbrellas should bear the name of the owner.

10. The school shall not be held responsible for the loss of money, umbrellas, books .stationery, tiffin boxes, erc. Students must be instructed to be careful with their things.

11. No money collection is to be made in the school without the permission of the Principal.

12. Students are not allowed to give gifts to members of the staff or another on any occasion.

13. In no way should students disfigure the walls and property of the school. Scribbling is strictly forbidden. Students are bound to make good any damage done to school property and library books.

ABSENCE

​

1. Regular and punctual attendance is insisted upon. No leave of absence is granted except on previous written application from parents or guardian and then only for serious reasons.

2. Leave of absence from school, all cases must be applied for by the parent/ guardian in advance and in writing.Verbal messages will not be attended to.

3. A student wishing to leave the School premises during school hours must produce a letter from the parent or guardian to that effect.
